I don't know if he counts as support, but ^cosfrog... he's the Pin Up Gallery moderator... he's respectful, helpful, and he puts on a GREAT DevMeet every so often at his studio, donating his time, money, food, and electricity to help promote the community. It is time he could be making money by renting his studio out, but he donates it so we, the members here, and people being introduced to dA for the first time, can socialize, network, and just have a great ol time.
The other would of course be $Morris88 who has has been kind, and helpful, and just a pleasure to deal with... tempering judgment with logic and reasoning. He has helped me out a while back when someone with a free account was attempting to impersonate a site moderator, and threatening to ban several people because she didn't like their art... apparently she didn't know that there are symbols next to an actual moderator's name that prove who they are!
He amazes me. His journal is always full of features, current contests, and other tidbits about his life and the lives of others on dA.
He is a very talented manipulator, and he is constantly dedicating pieces of artwork to other dA members.
Most impressively, he has close to 300k pageviews and watches a ton of people, and still manages to individually thank everyone who comments on his work or supports him in any way. As if that werent enough, he comments on and favorites a large amount of what the work, journals, polls, etc of the people he watches.
His kind and constant support has really helped me grow as a photographer, and I know that I am only one of MANY who feel the same!
He is truly a kind man who is constantly giving back to the dA community, 24/7. I hope you've had the pleasure of meeting him (online, at least) !
=parallellogic because... Have you seen his clubSEARCH? And he's working on *deviantSEARCH, which will allow deviants to search for stock providers at dA as such. That's a LOT of work for one guy to produce for some many people!

There are so many like ^snowmask, ^PurpelBlur, ^ArtisticAunJuli, but my all time favourite has to be $Moonbeam13. Just because of all the amazing things you've done for the community, from supporting projects and contests to giving away valuable information and tips, even subscriptions. Your a big help around the community and a huge insperation to us all.
The first person that came to mind is `DWALKER1047. She is an incredible support for the whole of the fractal community and more. Personally... she took over my "Fractal Friday" article for me when I needed to spend more time with my family... and has continually tried to keep the fractal "family" involved in the community with her innovative ideas. She puts forth the time, energy and ideas needed, to be a leader and to make a positive impact here on dA... and it shows. People know her, like her and respect her. And what else can I say?... she's just a PEACH!
