Not a NEW module, but custom modules being the same width as other ones? Like in my profile, the Watchee's module (which is a custom) has narrower margins than the Watchers one. On that topic, a dA Watchee module would be nice, so I wouldn't have to keep updating it every time I watch someone new!
How about an iPhone Module? or app? Not sure if this is the place to express this, but I just thought I would suggest it. I know I would use this a lot.
Zune Card Module It displays the 'small' Zune user card, a small flash application which displays a small amount of someone's bio, their recent plays on Zune (similar to last.fm), and a link directly to their Zune profile. A definite must. Who doesn't love networking their favourite music to the masses? We love music 'cause it's expression; couldn't the same be said for all areas of art?
