For "THE AMERICAN: Undercover Photography" Contest, you were challenged to explore your neighborhood and snap a spontaneous photograph that reveals a deeper story within the image. Now that the contest is over, we are very happy to say that the devious would-be spies in our community completely wowed us yet again.
We'd like to give a huge "Thank you!" to renowned portrait photographer and director of THE AMERICAN Anton Corbijn for choosing the final three winners from the wonderful 25 Semi-Finalists. It was a difficult task and we are so excited that he accepted the challenge.
Let's find out which deviants are getting their hands on a totally sweet Nikon camera and more!

You'd think they'd check the exif data before they announced the winners. But anyway, congrats to the old and the new winners and to all who entered. I've enjoyed spending time through the contest submission gallery and in the end this is what it's all about, making good art that people can delight in. Cheers!
well, at least this "spy" contest finally seems to have some qualities of espionage and sabotage.
if anyone does have the cliff's notes to this classified info though, my curiosity would be most pleased.
i wouldn't have thought 'that' would basically be the same cause for both of you getting replaced. you'd have figured da would do their scrutinizing on eligibility during the semifinals rather than after announcing winners.
thanks for the info though, and sorry to see things blew up in people's faces like this~
