We were completely astounded at the outpouring of beautiful photographs submitted to the Sony DSLR Calendar Photography Contest! There were thousands upon thousands of gorgeous seasonal shots entered, making it one of our most successful contests to date.

While it was challenging enough to choose the 40 semi-finalists from the pool of photos submitted, choosing the final 12 must have been just as difficult. We'd like to extend a big thank you to our esteemed judge, `foureyes, for all of his help.

In the end, every one of the Seven Deadly Sins had a winner. actually I just received the calendar and the people don't look as orange as they do on the internet at all. The clouds are still a little pixelated. but overall it is still a nicely composed photo. All of the images look great besides the old may cattle one. I think ill order the new version with the humming bird.
