We want to see: How do you drink Dr Pepper?

Show us how you drink Dr Pepper using any medium of visual art, other than photography or three-dimensional media.
The winner will be turned into a mural so make sure you'd look great painted on a wall.

Paint yourself drinking Dr Pepper on the beach during a hot summer day. Sketch the Dr Pepper chugging contest you had with your friends.
But you don't have to limit yourself to the realistic. Let your imagination run wild and create something a little more…imaginative.  
Do an illustration of yourself enjoying a Dr Pepper while flying through the clouds, or depict Dr Pepper being poured off a 50-story building into your mouth.

How to Enter

Step 1

Grab your favorite visual art tools (a paint brush, crayons, image-making software, etc.) and maybe download the asset pack (you don't have to use them!).

Step 2

Download the template or use approximately a 4:3 aspect ratio (landscape orientation) and illustrate how you drink Dr Pepper.

Step 3

Once you're done, submit it!

Rules

• Entry must be received by 11:59:59PM (PT) on August 22, 2011 and be submitted through the contest gallery on deviantART.
• Entrant must be a United States resident (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. territories) and at least 13 years old to participate;
• Entries must include Dr Pepper either as a product, a fluid, or as a trademark;
• Entries must be suitable for use as a mural to be painted on a wall in a major metropolitan area for advertising purposes;
• Entries must be submitted as a JPG or PNG file using the provided template or in approximately a 4:3 aspect ratio (landscape orientation);
• Entries must be made for this contest and may not contain any 3rd party stock images.  You may use licensed stock brushes or textures;
• Entries may not use any watermarks or distinguishing artist marks (such as prominent signatures);
• You may submit more than one entry;
• You must be a member of deviantART to enter. Membership is free.

Judging

15 Semi-Finalists will be selected by full-time deviantART Staff.

From the Semi-Finalists, the final three winners will be selected by Dr Pepper in-house marketing staff!

All entries will be judged on the following criteria:

• Visual Impact and Clarity When Used as a Mural
• Success in Communicating the Subject Matter of the Challenge
• Overall Impact of the Work
• Technical Skill
