October is Self-Promotion month! With that in mind I'm encouraging you to post a deviantART journal on your profile that serves as an artistic bio or a statement of purpose.


Your journal should answer the following questions:

1. Who are you?
2. What is your artistic passion?
3. Why did you get into art?
4. How do you inspire yourself
5. Where would you like to see yourself in 5 years.

If you have a deviantART portfolio (or a portfolio somewhere else, or a personal website) please include a link to that as well.

If you aren't an artist, adapt the above to suit your situation. This is 'Self-Promotion' month and I encourage you all to embrace the wonderfully creative, talented and brilliant people you are and share it with the community.
